The Center For Life Cycle Sciences was founded in 1980 by Dr. Sheila Sheinberg. As a 20 year veteran of the academic world, particularly in the research domain, Sheila recognized that the greatest challenge faced by any organization was the ability to be responsive to, and to even anticipate, its changing environment.
Dr. Sheinberg examined organizations that were sustainable and successful and those which failed. She recognized in her research that most organizations failed, or did not advance, because they failed to recognize their changing environment; the economic environment, the social environment, the political environment, even the environment internal to the organization, the impact of growth, changing customer expectations, cohort differences in the workforce etc., which undermined past successes and led to decline.

Dr. Sheila Sheinberg works for organizations that want to change by design, become more adaptable and flexible, enhance leadership capabilities, open their workforce to change, and become adaptive, flexible, agile enterprises. Dr. Sheila Sheinberg, BA, MA, Ed.D., is an experienced organizational change/ transformation consultant, leadership development expert and cultural change coach. She is a master trainer, a learning development, program development, and strategic integration leader.
Dr. Sheinberg has earned an Ed.D. in Organizational and Human Development, has a background in Sociology, Psychology, and Business. She served as an academic researcher and University Professor for twenty-three years.
